Micro-injection Fragments BC3239 LC/J, BC3242 HC. The fragments for microinjection were isolated from the prokaryotic SuperCos vector by digesting the plasmids with restriction enzymes that flank the inserts. NruI, which cuts the SuperCos plasmid was also used. The Bc3239 LC/J chain and BC3242 HC were both digested with NotI, NruI, and the expression constructs were isolated by gel electrophoresis from the prokaryotic SuperCos fragments.
