Exosomes (EXO) from activated human TWNT4 HSCs were added to culture medium of HL-60 macrophages for 48 hours. In parallel, TWNT4 HSCs were exposed to vehicle (V; 0.1% (v/v) FBS), 10% (v/v) FBS, IL-6 (1μg/mL), TNF-α (1μg/mL) or IL-6 (1μg/mL) +TNF-α (1μg/mL).
