Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma with bilateral mediastinal metastasis. Left enlarged adrenal lesion suspected to be metastases on CT scan, turn out to be benign showing no FDG uptake. FDG PET/CT imaging is useful in the differentiation of benign and malignant adrenal lesions in NSCLC patients.
