Delivery of ¹²⁵I-labeled CDNF through the blood–brain barrier in vivo using nanoparticles [counts per minute (CPM) per mg tissue]. ¹²⁵I CDNF was adsorbed on the surface of 200 nm poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticles (¹²⁵I CDNF-NP) or used without NPs (¹²⁵I CDNF) and administered subcutaneously in vivo in rats (100 μl equaling to 954 000 CPM were delivered).
