Phylogenetic analysis based on complete coding sequences of reptilian ferlaviruses. The ML topology was constructed using the GTR + I + G model and 1000 bootstrap replicates. Bootstrap values (%) are indicated above node even > 50%. Reference genome sequences studied in this analysis were labeled with their respective GenBank accession numbers. The reptilian ferlavirus phylogenetic tree showed three different phylogenetic clades (clades A–C) with high bootstrap support (100%). The obtained reptilian ferlavirus strains detected in this study are indicated by a red triangle and are clustered in clade B.
