Heart rate during the continuous moderate-intensity exercise session. The change in heart rate was not different between pregnant and non-pregnant women across the 30 min moderate-intensity exercise session. The main effects of time and pregnancy were not significantly different (F = 1.1, p = 0.38 and F = 0.50, p = 0.50, respectively), nor was the time × pregnancy interaction (F = 0.55, p = 0.97).
