Overexpression PTX3 inhibits gastric cancer cell stemness and sphere formation ability. (A, B) BGC-823 and SGC-7901 cells were transfected with PTX3 overexpression plasmid (PTX3) or a negative control plasmid (CTL). PTX3 upregulation efficiency was confirmed by Western blotting and qRT-PCR.
