MiR-455-5p is decreased in CCA cancer tissue samples and overexpression of miR-455-5p inhibits CCA cells proliferation, migration and invasion, but promotes apoptosis. (A) CCA samples (n=36) and normal tissues (n=9) in TCGA dataset from ENCORI Pan-Cancer Analysis Platform showed that miR-455-5p expression was significantly down‐regulated in tumor tissues.
