Expression level of the ApoM gene affects the proliferation of liver cancer cells. (A,B) Western blot method verified the knockout of the ApoM gene in the Hepa1-6 cell line (P=0.00049) and the overexpression model (P=0.015) were successfully constructed. (C,D) Western blot method verified the knockout of the ApoM gene in the Huh-7 cell line (P=0.044) and the overexpression model (P=0.0000070) were successfully constructed. (E) Edu proliferation experiment showed that the cell proliferation activity of ApoM gene deletion group increased (P=0.00050), and ApoM gene was overexpressed the cell proliferation activity had a downward trend (P=0.070).
