Comparative real-time qPCR analysis showing relative gene expression of MUC5AC and MUC5B and NF-κβ in A549 cells. Data normalized to the housekeeping gene β-actin and untreated cells were used as control. Gene expression was calculated using the comparative CT method. Results are expressed as the mean ± SD, n = 3 separate experiments.
