The transparent grey space was defined as the sphere whose center was positioned at the average coordinates of H41, H164, and D187 and whose radius was 5 Å. This depicted structure was taken from the PDB ID 6WQF [19]. The symbol Oin indicates an oxygen atom of a water molecule within the sphere. The water molecule is surrounded by H41, H164, and D187 and corresponds to the crystal water that are considered important for the catalytic activity [19],[45].
