Rictor deficiency leads to hypersensitivity to gemcitabine treatment. (A) Mice bearing H460 parental or Rictor KO xenografts were treated with or without 80 mg/kg gemcitabine 2 times per week. Tumor volumes were measured, tumor growth curve (A) was shown. (B) Mice bearing H1299 xenografts were divided into 6 groups and each group were received 80 mg/kg gemcitabine, 20 mg/kg PP242, 2 mg/kg Rapamycin alone, or their combination, tumor volumes were measured every 5 days.
