The effect of cell-cell interactions on the invasiveness of GBM cells. (A) Compared with that of the cortex group, C6 invasion ability was decreased after coculture with the ependymal region cell suspension, and neither ependymal region nor cortex cells exhibited invasion. (B) The invasive ability of C6 in the ependymal region groups was weaker than that in the cortex group when the ependymal region or cortex cell suspension was mixed with Matrigel, and neither ependymal region nor cortex cells exhibited invasion.
