NAR decreases autophagy in livers of HFD-induced NAFLD rats, 3T3-L1 adipocytes, and C2C12 myotubes. The expression of p62 and LC3 in the HFD-induced NAFLD rat livers (A–C), 3T3-L1 adipocytes (D–F), and C2C12 myotubes (G–I) after treatment of NAR was detected by Western blotting.
