Samples clustered by either A, time to detectable sIgG only or B, in combination with initial sIgG titer at the time of detection. Workers with trimellitic anhydride (TMA) sIgG were designated as G1 through G10, while those who later developed sIgE in addition to sIgG were designated as GE1 through GE8. Results indicate that the time to detectable sIgG can discriminate between Group 1 and Group 2 with about 72% accuracy. However, this parameter when combined with the time of the initial sIgG titer can discriminate between these two groups with approximately 80% accuracy.
