DEX concentrations in the perilymphatic fluid of the inner ear of the groups with USM, RWS and DEX injection without MB at 1 and 7 days after treatment. USMB significantly increased the DEX level of perilymph compared to that of the groups with DEX only with MB and RWS at post-treatment day 1.
