Example of the configuration text file for running MultiGWAS. The input parameters have five sections: (1) input files for genotype and phenotype file paths, (2) genotype information for additional information of the genotype, (3) GWAS parameters for setting the main parameter driving the GWAS analysis, (4) quality control filters to enable/disable and set values for quality control filters on the data, and (5) tools for setting the software to include in the analysis and the number of associations to be reported. The details of each parameter are in Section 2.1.1
