The percentage of responding donors, by HLA allele for each predicted 3D7 and ICS cluster, is shown numerically along with color-coding to indicate higher percentages of responders with darker blues. The number of HLA-matched donors (N) for each allele is shown in the bottom row. A total of 30 donors were included in this study.
