11C-choline, Initial staging: in very high-risk prostate cancer. Clinical history: 74 y.o. man with prostate cancer, Gleason score 4 + 5 according to biopsy. PSA = 126 ng/ml, T3a according to TRUS, candidate for radical prostatectomy.
