Drug targets and neighbouring proteins are annotated with their gene expression values, some of which can be modulated by other drugs shown as rectangular boxes. (B) Gene expressions of the neighbouring proteins in A2058 as compared with the correlations of these genes with the drug combination sensitivity across all the tested cell lines. PARP2 is the primary target of veliparib, which shows top gene expression in A2058 as well as the highest correlation with the drug combination, suggesting that PARP2 is a potential biomarker for predicting the drug combination sensitivity of veliparib and 5-flurouracil.
