QYYY promoted HIF-1α, PKM2, metabolic markers, renal inflammation and fibrosis in vivo. (D) Effects of QYYY on protein level of HIF-1α in SHR were examined by immunohistochemistry. (E) Effects of QYYY on protein level of PKM2 in SHR were examined by immunohistochemistry.
