IL-21 enhances the proliferation of T cells. (A) The number of T cells in different culture conditions was counted with in automatic cell counter on the 12th day after transfection. The fold expansion was calculated as total number of proliferating cells/the starting cell number. (B) The transfection efficiency of CD4⁺T cells and CD8⁺ cells was calculated on the 12th day after transduction. (C) CD4/CD8 ratio of CD3⁺T cells was calculated on day 12 after T cell transfection.
