IFN-γ expression affects T cell transfection efficiency. (A) The IFN-γ expression of CD4⁺T cells and CD8⁺T cells among different cytokines groups was evaluated on day 2 after activation by flow cytometry. (B,C) The percentages of IFN-γ-producting T cells in the Tn and Tcm subtypes were analyzed at 48th after stimulation. (D) Analysis of the correlation between the percentage of IFN-γ⁺ CD8⁺ T cells at 48 h after stimulation and transduction efficiency of CD8⁺ T cells using a Spearman rank correlation test was shown.
