Mock and CV-B4-infected INS-1 β cells were lysed in a buffer containing SDS to extract the proteins. The proteins were analyzed using Shotgun mass spectrometry. The results are expressed as the SEQUEST protein identification score. The difference in score between infected cells and controls was calculated. Proteins from infected cells for which the identification score value is 0 are underlined.
