iTSCs (iTSC-P cells) generated from primary pancreatic cells isolated from non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice after transfection with an OSKM-expression vector. The resulting iTSC-P cells (miTS-P 4-2 in b) exhibit a cobblestone-like morphology, different from that of the mouse ESCs’ mole-like morphology (mES cells in a).
