Effects of hemp seed oil on the activity of the antioxidative enzymes catalase (CAT) (a) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) (b) in D. melanogaster larvae under chronic H₂O₂-induced oxidative stress. The hemp seed oil was applied to the H₂O₂-contained feeding medium at six concentrations (0 (S), 12.5, 18.7, 31.2, 62.5, 125 μL/mL), then compared to an unstressed negative control (control-) and a positive control of ascorbic acid (ASC + S). All values are expressed as means ± SD. Different letters above the means represent significant differences between treatments (p < 0.05, LSD test).
