Effects of acrylamide (ACR) on endothelium-intact (a,c) and endothelium-denuded (b,d) aortic rings. Aortic rings were precontracted using phenylephrine (PE) (2 μM) for 15 min, and the control (ACR 2, 4, and 8 mM) was added to the aortic rings. The samples were individually recorded for 60 min.
