Amperometric response were recorded using a NiO/MoSe₂/GCE in 0.1 M NaOH in the presence of H₂O₂ (0.1 mM), fructose (0.1 mM), lactose (0.1 mM), ascorbic acid (0.1 mM), uric acid (0.1 mM), dopamine (0.1 mM) and glucose (0.5 mM). Rotation rate was 1200 rpm. The applied potential was 0.5 V.
