AFAP1-AS1 upregulates c-Myc protein level and inhibits c-Myc ubiquitination through binding to SNIP1. a The c-Myc expression was detected in A549 and PC9 cells after knockdown or overexpression of AFAP1-AS1 by western blotting. b Knockdown of SNIP1 attenuated the regulation of AFAP1-AS1-mediated upregulation of c-Myc protein. c No binding between AFAP1-AS1 and c-Myc showed by RNA pull down assay. d c-Myc expression was assessed in A549 and PC9 cells treated with 50 μg/ml CHX or 20 μM MG132 for 0–40 min after AFAP1-AS1 knockdown.
