S100 calcium binding protein A10 advances HCC growth in vitro and in vivo. (A) The mRNA level of S100A10 in HCC cell lines (Hep3B, Huh-7, SK-Hep-1, and HepG2). (B) The protein level of S100A10 in HCC cell lines. (C) The level of S100A10 in treated HCC cell lines were accessed by western blotting. (D) Cell Counting kit 8 (CCK-8) indicated overexpressing S100A10 enhanced the proliferation of Hep3B, Huh-7 cells. (E) Knocking down S100A10 blocked SK-Hep-1 and HepG2 cell growth.
