Effects of LPS and hsp90 inhibition on body weight and BALF total protein levels in mice. Male C57BL/6 mice were treated with an intratracheal injection of either vehicle (saline) or LPS (1.6 mg/kg) and post-treated (24 h after LPS) with an intraperitoneal injection of either AUY-922 (10 mg/kg each, dissolved in 10% DMSO) or vehicle (10% DMSO in saline). (A) Changes in body weight were determined by weighing the mice before and after each treatment period.
