Viability assessment of Calu-3 cells grown in the presence of a dose range of IFN λ1 and OS administered alone or in combination. IFN λ1 treatment (A), OS treatment (B), IFN λ1 plus OS co-treatment (C). Cell viability was measured by MTT assay.
