HIF-1α and NF-κB signaling related gene expression and the effect on prognosis in HCC. HIF-1α expression in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) (A), glioblastoma multiforme (GBA) (B), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) (C), and acute myeloid leukemia (LAML) (D) compared with normal group based on TCGA and GTEx dataset. The positive relationship between the expression of HIF-1α and EMT-related cytokine Snail1 (E), the NF-κB targeted genes ICAM-1 (F), c-Myc (G), and VEGFA (H). The overall survival curve (I) and disease-free survival curve (J) of patients with HCC according to HIF-1α gene expression are presented. The p value is affirmed by log-rank test.
