  • Ovulatory dysfunction:

    Abnormal menstrual pattern for age/gynecologic age, persistent for 1–2 years, as:
    • -
      Amenorrhea or
    • -
      Oligomenorrhea or
    • -
      Excessive uterine bleeding
and
  • Hyperandrogenism:
    • -
      Biochemical: elevation of total/free serum testosterone or
    • -
      Clinical: moderate–severe hirsutism
Not Recommended
  • PCOM

  • Obesity

  • IR/hyperinsulinism

  • Severe cystic acne

  • Biomarkers (AMH, T/DHT)
