Effects of EAW on the activation of AMPK signaling in epididymis adipose tissues. Epididymis adipose tissue was homogenized, and the lysates were subjected to western blot analysis for p-AMPK, p-ACC, and CPT1. The intensity of each band was quantified using ImageJ. Values and is expressed as mean ± SD (n = 3). Different lowercase alphabets indicate that differences between means were considered statistically significant when p < 0.05. Pers. water extract (EAW) at concentrations of 50/100/200 mg/kg/day; G100, high-fat diet-induced obese mice were orally treated with Garcinia cambogia water extract at concentrations of 100 mg/kg/day.
