Effects of 70% EtOH extract and its n-Hexane-, CH₂Cl₂-, EtOAc-, n-BuOH-, and water-soluble fractions on nitrite content in BV2 cells. Cells were pretreated for 3 h with indicated concentrations of S. horneri extract and its fractions, and stimulated for 24 h with LPS (1 μg/mL). The measurement of nitrite concentrations is described in the Materials and Methods section.
