TauCl application inhibited UVB-induced expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and enzymes in mouse skin. qPCR analysis of mRNA transcripts for pro-inflammatory cytokines (Tnf, Il6, Il1b, Il10) and enzymes (Ptgs2, Nos2).
