Catechins promoted autophagy dependent protective mechanism against ALI. (A) Western blotting detected the levels of autophagy related Beclin-1, Atg5-Atg12 and LC3-II/I, apoptosis related proenzyme and cleavage Caspase 3 and PARP and the PI3K/AKT/m-TOR signaling in lung tissues.
