Si-HAp XRD patterns of samples synthesized under microwave-assisted hydrothermal conditions at 150 °C for 1 h, pH = 10, using 0.2 M Na₅P₃O₁₀ with different Si⁴⁺ mol% using (TMAS), which was mixed with a molar excess of (a) 1.5 (0.3 M), (b) 4.5 (0.9 M), and (c) 9 (1.8 M) folds, above the stoichiometric concentration of 0.2 M as shown.
