EPAC2-mediated chemokine induction by AdV. (A,B) SAE cells in triplicate were mock-infected or infected with AdV at an MOI of 1. At 2 h p.i., cells were treated with DMSO, 10 μM CE3F4, or 10 μM MAY0132. At 48 h post-treatment, total RNA was extracted and subjected to qRT-PCR to measure the expression of RANTES (A) and IP-10 (B).
