(B) Increased copy number accumulation in p53^MUT cell lines including colon cancer cell line HCT116 and the neuroblastoma cell lines SKNBE, LAN1 and SKNAS. (C) Cell cycle arrest in LAN5 and accumulation of high copy number cells in LAN5 p53 knockdown cell lines. Sub G1 fraction in LAN5 treated likely apoptosis as demonstrated in Figure 3B.
