1 IC50 value determination was performed using GraphPad Prism. Data are reported as IC3 values in μM ± standard deviation (SD). Values are the mean of triplicate experiments.2 The IC50 value calculations were calculated according to GraphPad prism algorithm and were included to have a numerical reference value of comparison, although it is clear that a plateau is reached after certain concentrations in MCF-7 and MDA-MB 231 cell lines.
