Effects of isookanin on the regulation of cell cycle and the expression level of cell cycle regulatory proteins on PGE₂-induced HMEC-1 cells. Cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of isookanin for 2 h before stimulation with PGE₂ (20 µM). (A) Total DNAs were labeled with propidium iodide and analyzed by flow cytometry. (B) The cell cycle distribution was analyzed with BD CellQuest™ Pro Software. (C) Cell cycle-related proteins (Cyclin A₂, Cyclin B₁, Cyclin D₁) and β-actin (a loading control) were analyzed by Western blotting.
