Acidification of probiotics in artisanal MRS (artMRS) used alone (as a control) or supplemented with pomegranate seed extract (Pom.S.E., 5 g/L), or Pom.S.E. + fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) (each 5 g/L), or Pom.S.E.
