Effects of eribulin on phosphorylation of stathmin in breast cancer cell lines. MCF7 and MDA‐MB‐231 cells were treated for 24 h with various concentrations of eribulin (1, 3, or 10 nM) or paclitaxel (PTX, 10 nM). (A, B) Cell lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis to detect phosphorylated (p)‐stathmin and stathmin. GAPDH served as a loading control.
