The effect of lysozyme knockout on ARPE19 cell immune response. Control (vector-treated) and Lyz KO ARPE19 cells were incubated with LPS or Poly(I:C) in the absence or presence of transfection reagent lipofectamine 2000 for 24 hours. The mRNA expression of IL1b, TNFa, IL6, CCL2, TGFb, Thbs1, and VEGFa was examined by qPCR.
