Specific activities of (A) OsPGDH1, (B) OsPGDH2, (C) OsPGDH3, (D) AmtriPGDH1, (E) AmtriPGDH2, (F) PpPGDH1, (G) PpPGDH2, (H) PpPGDH3, (I) PpPGDH4, and (J) AhPGDH at various concentrations of effectors were measured and are expressed relative to their activities in the absence of effectors. Data are presented as the means and standard errors from two technical replicates using enzymes purified from two independent batches of cells (basically n = 4). Regression curves of Hill equations are shown with coefficients of determination (R2). Three-letter codes of amino acids followed by numerical values in each graph show the values of R2.
