The relative percentage of relative peak area of each chemical class of samples, (n) refers to the number of volatile compounds in each class. Values in each classification marked by different lowercase letters are significantly different using one-way ANOVA with Duncan’s test (≥95% confidence, n = 2). Clusters are based on chromosome polymorphism between the stains as determined by PFGE.
