Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM for the observed values. Statistical analyses were performed in all groups using ordinary one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test with single pooled variance. See Table 7 for analysis of main factors and interactions. ‘n’ is the times binding experiments were performed independently in replicates of three.
