Participants	Inclusion criteria: age 18‐60 years; placement in the lower extremity surgery list Exclusion criteria: UTI; common chronic diseases (ِdiabetes, heart failure, renal failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); multiple trauma; other infections Target sample size: 96
Interventions	Group A: people with IUC to 24 h after catheterisation Group B: people with IUC to 48 h after catheterisation Group C: people with IUC 72 h after catheterisation
